Anyone wishing to apply must pay a $45 application fee. This fee covers our costs to process the application and check the various records of the prospective tenant. An application is required from each working adult that will contribute to the rent payment.

We review rental history, verify employment and income, check credit history, run background checks, and contact references. Applications will be reviewed with an emphasis on rental history and income verification. Credit score is not always a final determining factor. Any explanation of any derogatory credit history should be included in the comments section or sent in a separate email to jgatlproperties@gmail.com. Final approval is at the discretion of the property owner.

We ask that you make arrangements to view the property before applying. Applications will not be reviewed until payment is made. Payments are non-refundable.
